“Knowledge helps you make a living; wisdom helps you make a life.” I read that in a fortune cookie today. It made me think about a book I have been reading by a motivational speaker named Randy Gage. The book is titled “37 Secrets about Prosperity,” and it is chock full of little bits of wisdom that have helped many people to gain prosperity in their lives.

Randy talks about how to “manifest prosperity” in your business by surrounding yourself with successful people. Evaluate who your closest friends are and make sure that you associate with people who not only have a positive influence on your life, but who also share your goals. Hang out with people who inspire you and who you can inspire. It is all about mindset. Someone famous once said, “As a man thinketh, so he is.” What we spend our time thinking about is very important. I know for me, I spend a lot of time reading great inspirational books to help keep my mindset focused on success. Randy is a great one for helping people to achieve a new mindset. But that is only the beginning!

If you are already in an MLM company and are looking to find prosperity, it is not enough to read books about it, or to even follow the masters that are leading in the industry. You can think about it, meditate on it, dream about it, and wish for it to happen to you, but that is not enough. You need a system that is going to help you to make it happen, right?
