The P factor

Author: admin  //  Category: Uncategorized

How many times do we try to do something great and are stopped in our tracks for some unforeseen reason and can’t get going again?
I am a survivor of this scenario many times over. Some would call this the brick wall, the one that got away, death of a dream. Well, I want to tell you what was missing each and every time this happened to me. It is the P factor. The P stands for passion and the definition of passion is this: heat; rage; mania. These three definitions will fit in somewhere in everyone’s idea of the word. It means intensely emotional about whatever it is you are doing. Without the P factor you will not be successful at anything in life, period. You have to want something so bad that you are willing to do whatever it takes and this could be a sacrifice of another part of your life. If you have something that you desire immensely that you know if you just take action and push yourself where you have never been, you just know you can get there.

The word MAYBE has to be completely removed from this passion. This new irresistible motive cannot involve any disbelief. You absolutely and completely believe to such an extent that you have tunnel vision. What is tunnel vision? Some people would say that this is when you get crystal clear about what it is you are doing and where you want to go and how you are getting there. You are like a freight train that is traveling very fast and has momentum. It just pushes all the obstacles out of the way.

Being laser focused on the goal is the key ingredient for having the mindset you will need to help you shift into the gears of success. Be the best you can be at whatever it is you do and then push yourself to be better.
When you have arrived at this level of energy, people will be drawn to you. They will want to do what you are doing, so be that person who only sees light at the end of the tunnel and lead others into it as well. When you help others reach their dreams and passions then you will be successful too.

“Come Join Me At The Finish Line…”

Author: admin  //  Category: Uncategorized

One person can only do so much. But If he gathers a group of people around him who are committed to the same goals, if he galvanizes them and inspires them and taps into their inner drive, they can perform miracles together.

It takes courage. A lot of people will try to tell you it’s impractical or impossible. They’ll tell you to lower your sights. They’ll tell you business can’t be benevolent.

Remember: You’ll be left with an empty feeling if you hit the finish line alone. When you run a race as a team, though, you’ll discover that much of the reward comes from hitting the tape together. You want to be surrounded not just by cheering onlookers but by a crowd of winners, celebrating as one.

Victory is much more meaningful when it comes not just from the efforts of one person, but from the joint achievements of many. The euphoria is lasting when all participants lead with their hearts, winning not just for themselves but for one another…

5 Network Marketing Tips

Author: admin  //  Category: Uncategorized

Tip #1 Learn to network
The key to network marketing, is, of course, in the networking. The online dictionary defines a network as “an association of individuals having a common interest, formed to provide mutual assistance, helpful information, or the like.” So network marketing should include your association with others, interested in business, committed to helping one another through training, education, and support. There is a great book by Harvey Mackay called, “Dig your well before you’re thirsty; the only networking book you’ll ever need.” Read it. It is eye-opening.
Social networking is the happening thing right now. Everyone is tweeting and blogging and everyone has a Facebook. These are great avenues to meet people and begin learning how to network.

Tip #2 Education
To become an effective network marketer, you need to educate yourself. Never stop learning. There are countless courses out there to help you to better yourself. Top earners of major network marketing companies will tell you that they spend thousands of dollars every year buying books, courses, going to conferences and seminars. That is one of the keys to their success. Education is power, right? It is going to give you more confidence and attract people to you and not just to your business. Mike Dillard’s Magnetic Sponsoring is a great place to start.

Tip # 3 Duplication
Do what others are already doing. Find a system that is already working for other people, and do what they do. This, of course, is going to require you to do some research. There are a lot of opportunities out there. The internet is the happening place for network marketing.

Tip # 4 Be consistent
Once you get started, be consistent. Do a little every day. It does not do you any good to work really hard for 2 weeks and then not do anything for another 2 weeks. You are in it for the long haul, right? One bite at a time. It is easy to be all enthusiastic in the beginning and then be ready to quit when things aren’t happening fast enough. Network marketing does not mean get rich quick! You are going for a lifestyle change, and these things take time and effort.

Tip #5 Be positive
People are drawn to positive people. If things aren’t happening fast enough for you, work a little harder. Keep pushing forward. Anything worth doing is worth doing well. If you want to make network marketing a business, you need to work hard and keep the right attitude. And when you don’t feel like it, go to your mentors, your upline, people in your network who are there “to provide mutual assistance, helpful information, and the like.” You can do it!

What Did You Do Today?

I spent the day at Lake Tahoe with my granddaughter, my favorite
little person in the world. It doesn’t get any
better than this. I was able to spend time with her because
I traded in my 9-5 job for a business online that allows me to leverage my time so that I have the freedom to do the things that I
love.
